Shipping & Returns Policy
All the orders will be shipped by Asendia or Fedex. It depends on the service and region, but it takes around 2-5 days with Fedex Priority, and 2 weeks with Asendia.

With Asendia, you might experience some delay due to international affairs or some accidents.
For countries in EU
Goods should be returned within 28 days of receipt, for a refund. Please allow up to 10 working days from the receipt of your returned package, for the refund to be processed.
The following items cannot be returned: Underwear for both kids and adults, swimwear without security stickers, Eureka made-to-order shoes
Items are returned at the buyers own cost and they should be tracked. Stellina are not liable for any loss on the return posting of goods and will not be able to chase lost packages.
All items must be returned to us in fully resalable condition. Items returned damaged, washed, worn, in damaged packaging or without the original sales tags will not be eligible to be returned and as a result will not be refunded.
Please note we are unable to exchange or refund underwear and swimwear
Once the order is placed we cannot cancel even before shipping. Exchanges or returns are only accepted if the received product is damaged or faulty.
Please note that the duties and all related fees are importers responsibility.
If a damaged or faulty product is received, please contact us within 3 days after the arrival of the product for an exchange or return.When returning the product, it must be unworn and unwashed.
Please note that leather products can have color tones slightly different than product photos as we use vegetable tanned natural leather and each lot is unique piece.
Regarding vintage deadstock items, the item cannot be returned/exchanged. We try to include detailed descriptions including faulty parts, but please feel free to contact us when you have some questions before purchasing.
