Blackcurrant is a highly aromatic and is recognised as a deep and intense fruity flavour. In order to preserve the natural characteristics of the berry, our Gourmet Winegum is made with the real berries as a natural aroma.
We use 100% ripe, fresh organic strawberries that are freezedried and then blended into a powder. The freezedrying technique ensures that all the fresh, sweet tastes of the natural berry is preserved with no artificial colours or flavours added.
